Revisions to these Terms and Conditions
West Fraser reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions. Any revisions will apply only to data collected after its effective date. West Fraser will post any impending revisions 10 business days prior to the effective date.

Choice of Law
This Site is controlled, operated and administered by West Fraser from its offices within Canada. These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to have been made and performed exclusively in Ontario and shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein without giving effect to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario for any claim arising from your use of this Site and agree not to bring any related action, claim, suit or proceeding in any jurisdiction other than Ontario.
