Our net carbon negative SterlingOSB Zero is riding high today!

Riding high in the checklist for sustainable building products is our very own carbon negative SterlingOSB Zero panel range – OSB products. And it’s everywhere if you have a look around.  Yes, we may have seen the OSB on building sites as hoardings, or timber frame walls on Grand Designs. But equally, you may be shopping or enjoying a cappuccino on a bike ride stop – as the pretty panel gains popularity in visual, imaginative spaces and outbuildings such as garden offices and glam sheds. Not only does it look good; it is helping to solve the specifiers’ climate challenges. Win win!

The OSB portfolio comprises SterlingOSB Zero 3, SterlingOSB Zero Tongue and Groove, and SterlingOSB Zero StrongFix. They are variants of the precision-engineered OSB3 board; BBA-approved and designed for humid conditions, the board contains zero added formaldehyde (ZAF) and is unique in the market by being the only ZAF OSB manufactured in the UK.  Produced in Scotland from forest thinnings taken from sustainably managed forests, the board is certified according to the guidelines of the FSC or PEFC.
