Sales Coordinator (French Speaking)

We are looking for a French speaking Sales Co-Ordinator to join our busy Logistics department based in our Cowie office. The successful candidate would be working remotely for the moment, so previous experience doing so would be advantageous, but not essential.

Reporting to the Sales Co-Ordinator Supervisor the principle roles of the post-holder will be to provide a critical link between Norbord Europe Ltd.’s Internal Sales and Norbord’s customer base as well as other departments such as production, external sales and transport which is an important part of the job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer service for French and UK Customers
• Sales orders data entry
• Managing the administration relating to customer order book
• Sales pricing administration
• Internal Sales administration
• Telesales including answering telephone calls

Qualifications/Experience:

• Confident French speaker
• The ability to pick up tasks quickly and being confident to ask questions will be part of the role, along with being comfortable using Zoom or Microsoft Teams as part of your daily work.
• Have good attention to detail and be able to work as part of a team but also on own initiative.
